Fragrance limits displayed from product descriptions require confirmation against the latest fragrance-specific IFRA certificate and the correct product category. “Not limited” is not a recommendation to use unlimited fragrance. Fragrance blends require separate compliance review. Base-load ranges are capacity guidance and may be higher than an oil’s permitted concentration. Make batches by weight with calibrated scales; stated container volumes, dilution ratios and fluid-ounce sizes cannot be directly converted without density information.
