How to Scent the Detergent
- Measure the amount of powdered detergent you plan to scent.
- Add 1–5% skin-safe fragrance oil or essential oil by weight. Always reference IFRA guidelines for the fragrance being used (Category 10A).

Example:

For 32 oz of detergent:
- 1% = 0.32 oz fragrance oil
- 3% = 0.96 oz fragrance oil
- 5% = 1.6 oz fragrance oil
- Place the detergent into a large mixing bowl and slowly add the fragrance oil.
- Mix thoroughly until the fragrance is evenly distributed and all clumps are fully broken up.
- Transfer the scented detergent to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
Laundry Directions
For best results, avoid overfilling the washing machine. Medium-sized loads allow garments to move freely so detergent and water can circulate properly, ensuring effective cleaning with no residue.
Add detergent directly to the drum before adding clothes.
- Small Load: 1 oz (1 scoop)
- Medium Load: 2 oz (2 scoops)
- Large or Heavily Soiled Load: 4 oz (4 scoops)
Adjust amount as needed based on soil level and load size.
