Avocado oil closely mimics the skin’s natural oils, allowing it to absorb quickly and effectively. This helps support the skin barrier while delivering essential nutrients like fatty acids, beta carotene, and vitamins A, D, and E. Why Caprylyl Glycol & Phenoxyethanol?
Traditional natural preservatives like potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate were found to be insufficient for cream-based products during challenge testing. To ensure safety without compromising our standards, we selected a preservative system proven to effectively prevent microbial growth—without the use of parabens or formaldehyde releasers.
In addition to antimicrobial protection, these ingredients help enhance the lotion’s overall feel, softness, and skin conditioning performance.

How Much Fragrance Oil Can Be Added?
This lotion base can safely hold up to 1% fragrance oil.
Recommended usage:
👉 0.5%–1% fragrance oil for best performance and skin feel
- 0.5% = light, soft scent (great for face or sensitive skin)
- 0.75% = medium scent strength
- 1% = strong scent (do not exceed)
⚠️ Always follow IFRA guidelines for the specific fragrance oil being used. Some fragrances have lower allowable usage rates for leave-on products.
